At Bach to Basic, we have a wide range of services depending on how involved you’d like us to be in the process. Whether we’re helping with decor and gift design, custom logos and decor setup or creating your full bachelorette itinerary - there is something for everyone. We make planning your party super easy.
We are available to travel ANYWHERE. That’s right! Anywhere. A birthday trip in Napa? Count us in. A bachelorette in The Bahamas? Yes ma’am! A bachelor party in Scottsdale? We’ll be there.
Our Tier One Service is our research phase. We create a custom itinerary for you in the destination of your choice according to your dates and guest count. Your itinerary will include accommodation suggestions, restaurant and dining out experiences, meals at home, activities and transportation. We coordinate your grocery and alcohol stocking and decor setup!
Tier One includes a mood board complete with custom gifts, favors and decoration inspiration based on your color scheme or theme. Then we. bring the vision to life.
Looking for the perfect all inclusive weekend planned for you? Our Tier Two services are for you. We will curate the bachelor or bachelorette party of your dreams. Complete with accommodations, meals, activities, transportation and decorations and favors for your guests. Our team collects and manages payments from each guest and works with all vendors on to get everything booked and ready for your arrival. Your Lead Planner will be on call throughout your trip. You will be completely taken care of from start to finish!
In addition to everything included above in Tier One and Tier Two… Our Tier Three and Premiere Packages are the Ultimate VIP bach experience. These luxury packages offer you a member of The Bach To Basic team to be onsite throughout your entire weekend.
Your Onsite Concierge will handle everything from decoration setup and fridge stocking to adding on extra decor setups and extra special touches throughout the weekend. We can set out a tablescape for your private chef and prep your cocktails for a boat day. Want coffees hand delivered in the morning? You got it. Hangover kits set out while you're sipping bottle service? Done. Dream it up and we can do it. Just like a day of wedding planner, but for your whole weekend.

For those that have their itinerary set, we offer decor, logo design and setup packages that can be accommodated in any destination. We will create a mood board designing the aesthetic of your weekend with custom logos and source all gifts, favors and decor. We can be onsite to do the setup at your event, or work with a third party in your destination to bring the vision to life. Whether you’re looking for a small photo backdrop and a few custom favors, or an extravagant, over the top Insta-worthy decor setup, we have you covered!
